Special breakfasts are served at dawn of 12 and 13 Feb starting 5am at the observation roof deck so catch the scheduled 5:30am morning flights of the colorful balloons. Yats Wine Cellars is giving a special treat to wine lovers coming to Clark to catch a glimpse of the balloon which is scheduled for a brilliant glow at 5:30pm on Saturday 12 February. The wine tasting will be held at the observation deck and the second floor tasting room of Clark Wine Center starting 5pm.
