Breakfast is served at the Roof deck lawn garden of Clark Wine Center only on Saturday and Sunday at 6:00 to 8:00am. Hot air balloons are expected to take off around that time and return about an hour afterwards but it all depends on the weather conditions. Many guests in the past managed to take some nice pictures of the balloons taking off at dawn. Just how close the balloon will fly over the Clark Wine Center depends largely on prevailing wind directions.
