Just a bit further along the stream we will discover two gazebos, fully air-conditioned, accommodating 4 to 6 persons, a dining experience described by the restaurant as “meeting nature halfway”.   The restaurant’s focus on reducing food waste is made apparent by the multiple portion sizes in many items on the menu.  30% of food waste comes from unfinished food left on the plates.  The multiple portion options empower the customers to directly contribute to food waste reduction without compromising the dining experience.
